Does an investor obtain voting rights in the company?
Investors do not obtain voting rights in the companies in which they invest. Investors purchase loan claims via Acredius, not stocks or shares, which are reimbursed with interest by the borrowers. Thus investors do not gain equity through Acredius.

Can I delete my Acredius account?
You may delete your Acredius account at any time, provided that no project you are associated with is active.
As a borrower, this means that if you created a project and received financing, the loan duration must be over and the loan must be fully reimbursed before you can delete your account. As an investor, if you invested in a project and have not yet been fully reimbursed, you cannot yet delete your account.

In order to use the Acredius service and platform you must create an account, i.e. register.

Can I be an investor and a borrower at the same time?
When you register for an Acredius account, you choose between the role of investor or borrower. It is not possible to be both borrower and investor at the same time.
Is there a minimum and maximum for the loan duration?
The minimum active loan period or duration within which the loan for a project must be fully reimbursed is three months. The maximum loan duration is five years, i.e. 60 months. So any Acredius loan must be fully repaid within 60 months at the latest.
Can companies invest?
